Safety evaluation and standardization of safety production

Date:2024-08-14

Conducting safety evaluations on engineering (factories) and systems is not only an important guarantee for enterprises and production and operation units to ensure safe production, but also a requirement for government safety supervision and management. The core business includes four categories: security pre evaluation, security acceptance evaluation, comprehensive evaluation of security status, and special security evaluation.

Safety evaluation is aimed at achieving engineering and system safety, applying the principles and methods of safety systems engineering to identify and analyze the hazards and harmful factors in engineering and systems, determine the possibility and severity of accidents and acute occupational hazards in engineering and systems, propose safety countermeasures and suggestions, and provide scientific basis for formulating preventive measures and management decisions for engineering and systems.

Standardization of safety production refers to the establishment of a safety production responsibility system, the development of safety management systems and operating procedures, the investigation and control of hidden dangers and monitoring of major hazard sources, the establishment of prevention mechanisms, the standardization of production behavior, and the compliance of various production links with relevant safety production laws, regulations, and standard specifications. People, machines, materials, and environment are in good production condition, and continuous improvement is carried out to continuously strengthen the construction of standardized safety production in enterprises.
