According to the "Management Measures for Energy Efficiency Labeling", all refrigerators, air conditioners, rice cookers, electric fans, household induction cookers, water storage electric water heaters, washing machines and other products sold in the Chinese market must be labeled with the "China Energy Efficiency Labeling". Products without labeling are not allowed to be sold on the market.

Refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, air conditioners, and ovens in the EU market must also comply with energy efficiency regulations and affix energy efficiency labels. The energy efficiency requirements for household appliances are mainly reflected in two aspects: energy labeling and energy efficiency requirements (EER).
