1. Overview

Zhongjian Testing has the qualification of ISO/IEC 17020 inspection agency and is an import and export commodity inspection and appraisal agency. It can provide various types of inspection services based on relevant standards and customer commissions, ensuring that product quality meets customer order requirements and helping customers minimize and eliminate import risks in terms of goods quality as much as possible.

2. Service Content

(1) Inspection and on-site service

Zhongjian Testing can provide customers with inspection and on-site services covering the entire process.

① Factory audit/supplier audit

The auditor visits the factory for a comprehensive audit, including the working environment, production situation, equipment, instruments, production processes, quality management system, and production capacity, and issues an evaluation report. At the same time, we provide supplier audit services to verify supplier information, qualifications, and licenses according to customer requirements.

② Pre production inspection

Pre production inspection mainly targets high-risk products or high-value orders. Inspect the quality of raw materials, accessories, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and verify that the products meet the customer's sample and specification requirements. Check the quantity of raw materials, production plan, production status, production capacity, production technology, and arrangement of quality personnel.

③ Mid production inspection

The mid-term inspection of production is usually arranged around 10-20% of the start of mass production. The inspector inspects finished and semi-finished products and points out potential defects that may occur during production. This type of service can help customers and suppliers identify potential defect issues early and make timely corrections in the early stages of production.

④ Final Production Inspection (FRI)/Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI)

The final production inspection/pre shipment inspection usually requires 100% completion of production and at least 80% completion of packaging. The inspector conducts random sampling according to standards and checks whether the quantity, style, color, size, specifications, workmanship, appearance, function, packaging, and labeling meet customer requirements.

⑤ Production supervision (on-site inspection)

As the customer representative, the inspector enters the factory and conducts daily inspections of the products on the production line, submitting daily quality inspection reports to customers. Once a quality issue is detected, the inspector will discuss with the factory to assist in finding improvements and solutions.

⑥ 100% full inspection

This service is mainly aimed at conducting full inspection on special batches or high-value products, and selecting defective products. Separate defective products from qualified products and carry out rework or destruction.

⑦ Supervision and installation service

Before loading, the inspector arrives at the designated loading location to confirm the loading environment, container condition and information, check that the information, style and quantity of the shipped products meet customer requirements, supervise the loading process and method, and submit photos and records.

(2) Value added services

① Supplier Seminar

Organize training or seminars for your suppliers to fully understand your quality requirements. At the same time, through training, seminars, and interactions, we aim to enhance suppliers' understanding and ability to apply quality management knowledge and methods.
