1. The 6000 hour damage rate is greater than or equal to 0.9 (due to the long testing time, this requirement will be implemented from March 1, 2014);

2. The maintenance rate of 6000 hours of luminous flux is greater than or equal to 0.8 (due to the long testing time, this requirement has been implemented since March 1, 2014);

3. The number of switches before failure is greater than or equal to 15000 times (rated life of 30000 hours) or greater than or equal to half of the rated life calculated in hours;

4. Start time less than 0.5 seconds;

5. The time required to achieve 95% luminous flux is less than 2 seconds;

6. The early failure rate is less than or equal to 5.0% (normally lit for 1000 hours);

7. Color rendering index greater than or equal to 80%, and color rendering index greater than or equal to 65% for outdoor or industrial use;

8. Color tolerance is less than or equal to 6dB;

9. Requirements for power factor: power less than or equal to 2W, no power factor requirements; 2W to 5W, PF value requirement greater than 0.4; 5W to 25W, with a PF value greater than 0.5; Power greater than 25W, PF value greater than 0.9.
